North Rich & Company (NR&C) has partnered with the Arise platform as an IBO (Independent Business Owner) to bring the opportunity to those who are seeking a work from home opportunity. The clients NR&C partners with are Fortune 500 companies provided through the Arise platform. This gives our Customer Service Providers (CSP's) confidence in the service that is being provided to customers.

Working from home is no longer a wish for students, stay-at-home parents, veterans, Teachers, and individuals with disabilities.

Partnering with NR&C is not a JOB opportunity. All persons working with NR&C will be considered independent contractors. This means NO taxes will be removed from the check that is paid to you from services rendered on the platform. You are responsible for your own taxes. All independent contractors will receive a 1099 for all work paid during the work from home tenure for the year. It is the responsibility of the contractor to file taxes annually with the IRS.

Service Revenue Rates vary based on the client program complexity and currently range from $9-$14/HR for independent contractors. 

NR&C is not currently open to new or returning business partners that reside within California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.
