FEES & DISCLOSURES
HOW THE FEES WORK & THE COMPANY PAYS
Pay ranges between $9-$16hr. Platform Fee is deducted per pay invoice from Arise for $19.95 and a Call Center Admin Fee is deducted based on your invoice being full time or part time. Full time & Part Time agents will have 12% fee deduction from their check every two weeks.
There will be a binding contract between agent, client, and call center. You are expected to work under the call center platform for 9 months before transferring to another platform. If you decided to transfer before your 6th month you will not get invoiced (Paid). I look forward to you joining and creating an extra stream of income.

Certification & Training
Each program with Arise requires a Training Certification. This Certification is NOT paid by NR&C. The fee is paid by you the Independent Contractor. The training is virtual and is provided by the client on a schedule. The background is also paid by the contractor.
Fees for Training / Certification: (Ranges) $30-$199 One-Time Fee per Client.
Background Screening: $9.99

1099 Independent Contractor
Partnering with NR&C is not a JOB opportunity. All persons working with NR&C will be considered independent contractors. This means NO taxes will be removed from the check that is paid to you from services rendered on the platform. You are responsible for your own taxes. All independent contractors will receive a 1099 for all work paid during the work from home tenure for the year. It is the responsibility of the contractor to file taxes annually with the IRS.
