North Rich & Company is the right opportunity for people that are in college, stay at home Mothers or Fathers, College Students, Retirees, or any person seeking additional income with a flexible schedule.

Is there a Referral Bonus?
Yes! We do pay a referral Bonus.

The requirements:
The Current NRC contractor must meet their adherence goal/ requirement and complete training.
​
Next, the referral must complete training and work 60 hours before the bonus is paid to the referring party!
​
Referral bonuses can range from $50-$175 per referral!

Is there an agreement length to work for North Rich and Company?
Yes.
​
All agents that start with North Rich and Company are required to work under the call center for 6 months before 1) being eligible to start their own call center and 2) Moving to a new Call Center.
​
If a person has no desire to start a Call Center or work for another Call Center this agreement is not meant for you. You can work assignments to your flexibility and for as long as you want.
Am I required to pick up hours after completing the certification class/ training?
Yes, but only if the minimum hours are available for you to work.

Only enroll in a training / certification class when you know that you have a high commitment level to working either part time or full time. Many opportunities will have a required minimum of hours that must be met for the week (typically its 15 hours min).
Is the Training Fee / Certification Fee refundable?
No the fee is not refundable.

Once enrolled in a certification class you will usually have three class option times. The training's are only 3 hours per day and there are typically class offered at night for people with full time jobs during the day.

Your instructor will allow you to move your class to another time if an emergency occurs.
​

Are Taxes taken out of my check?
No.
​
Taxes are not taken out of your check. While working with North Rich and Company you will be considered a 1099 contractor.
​
Any person that has income restrictions from disability pay or social security would not be affected by this due to being an independent contractor. Also, there would be no garnishment for child support on the pay checks rendered.
What are the Call Center Fees?
Agents are charged 12% Call Center Fee for hours worked.

Please remember, taxes are NOT deducted from your paycheck!
How am I paid?
North Rich & Company will be setting all agents up for Direct Deposit.
​
Agents are paid twice a month.
Which States cannot support the work from home program?
Currently North Rich & Company, LLC cannot support the following states:
​
California, Wisconsin, Oregon, Maryland, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York.
​
We are hoping expansion happens to those States soon.
